This Privacy Policy explains how GEN Z Club collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes personal data when you use our mobile app, website, and related services.

1. Who we are and how to contact us
GEN Z Club handles personal data processed through the GEN Z Club service. For privacy, child safety, or CSAE concerns, contact us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Account and profile data: name, username, email address, password credential (stored as a hash), phone number, date of birth, gender, city or district, education information, interests, goals, and profile preferences.
- Community content and interactions: profile content, friend connections, clubs, posts, reports, chat messages, stories, photos, videos, captions, and visibility choices.
- Events and transactions: event joins, tickets, payment status, and information needed to open a payment-provider checkout. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider, not entered into or stored by the app.
- Device and service data: push-notification token, app-install or referral identifier, device and network signals used for security and fraud prevention, error diagnostics, and limited product-event telemetry.
- Permissions and sensitive device data: precise foreground location for the event map, camera access, and photos or videos that you choose to create or upload. We request these permissions only when you choose the related feature; you can decline or change them in your device settings.
3. Why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts; provide profiles, clubs, chats, stories, events, tickets, maps, and notifications; personalize relevant in-app experiences; process support requests; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and child-safety violations; comply with legal obligations; and maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Where applicable, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running a safe service, or a legal obligation.
4. Who receives data
We share data only as needed to operate the service, when you direct us to share it, or when law requires it. Depending on enabled features, service providers may include hosting and backend providers; Expo Push Service, FCM, and APNs for notifications; Google Maps and OpenFreeMap for mapping; Sentry for error monitoring; email and SMS delivery providers; and payment-service providers for checkout. These providers process only the data needed for their service. Other users can see only profile fields, posts, stories, and other content that you make visible under your privacy settings or audience choices.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. If you deactivate your account, it is unavailable while you have a 30-day restoration period. After that period, we delete or anonymize personal data. If you request permanent deletion, we begin the deletion process without a restoration period. We may retain limited, non-identifying records where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or audit requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You can update profile details, set visibility for supported profile fields, manage notification choices, and request account deletion in the app. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Children and safety
GEN Z Club is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly allow people under 13 to create an account or knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that an under-13 account exists, we will take steps to remove it and its personal data. Our separate Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation policy describes reporting and enforcement procedures for child-safety concerns.
8. Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including authenticated access controls, protected session storage on supported devices, and data-minimization practices for logs and diagnostics. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change; the updated date above will show when a change takes effect.

- Tədbir və tranzaksiya: tədbirə qoşulma, bilet, ödəniş statusu və ödəniş təminatçısının checkout səhifəsini açmaq üçün zəruri məlumat. Kart məlumatları tətbiqə daxil edilmir və tətbiqdə saxlanılmır; onları seçilmiş ödəniş təminatçısı emal edir.

Məlumatlardan hesab yaratmaq və qorumaq; profil, klub, chat, story, tədbir, bilet, xəritə və bildiriş funksiyalarını təqdim etmək; təcrübəni uyğunlaşdırmaq; dəstək sorğularını cavablamaq; fraud, sui-istifadə və uşaq təhlükəsizliyi pozuntularını aşkar edib araşdırmaq; qanuni öhdəliklərə əməl etmək; xidməti saxlamaq, problemləri aradan qaldırmaq və təkmilləşdirmək üçün istifadə edirik. Tətbiq olunduğu hallarda müqavilənin icrası, razılıq, təhlükəsiz xidməti idarə etmək üzrə qanuni maraq və ya hüquqi öhdəliyə əsaslanırıq.

5. Saxlama müddəti və silinmə

6. Seçimləriniz və hüquqlarınız
Tətbiqdən profil məlumatlarını yeniləyə, dəstəklənən sahələrin görünürlüyünü idarə edə, bildiriş seçimlərini dəyişə və hesab silmə tələbi göndərə bilərsiniz. Məlumatınıza çıxış, düzəliş, silinmə, məhdudlaşdırma və ya emala etiraz üçün [email protected]ünvanına yaza bilərsiniz. Tələbi yerinə yetirməzdən əvvəl şəxsiyyətinizi yoxlamaq lazım ola bilər.
7. Uşaqlar və təhlükəsizlik
GEN Z Club 13 yaş və daha yuxarı şəxslər üçündür. 13 yaşdan kiçik şəxslərin hesab yaratmasına və onların şəxsi məlumatlarının bilərəkdən toplanmasına yol vermirik. Belə hesab aşkar etdikdə, onu və şəxsi məlumatlarını silmək üçün tədbir görürük. Uşaqların cinsi istismarı və sui-istismarı ilə bağlı report və tədbirlər ayrıca CSAE siyasətində izah olunur.
8. Təhlükəsizlik və dəyişikliklər
Autentifikasiya və giriş nəzarəti, dəstəklənən cihazlarda qorunan sessiya yaddaşı, log və diaqnostikada məlumatın minimumlaşdırılması daxil olmaqla uyğun texniki və təşkilati tədbirlər tətbiq edirik. Heç bir internet xidməti tam təhlükəsizliyə zəmanət verə bilməz. Xidmət və ya hüquqi öhdəliklər dəyişdikdə bu siyasəti yeniləyə bilərik; yuxarıdakı tarix dəyişiklik qüvvəyə minəndə yenilənəcək.
